How far in advance does a florist need an order?

Answered By Eric Famulary, Editor

When ordering flowers from the florist, you have to take note of time consideration. Most of the florists only accept a set number of orders on a certain day. The best advice is for you to contact a florist at least three months earlier prior to the wedding or any occasion. Generally, you should make an order 30 to 90 days before your proposed delivery date. In this way, the florist is able to prepare your flowers and other orders well.
